Executive Director
The Houchen Community Center is seeking an Executive Director. Houchen’s mission: to make God's love a reality in El Segundo Barrio and nearby neighborhoods through working to meet the physical, mental, social, and spiritual needs of children, youth and adults. We are seeking an individual with the following qualifications:
• Full time
• Day shift
• Bachelors degree is required
• Minimum of 3 years experience in program management and social skills dealing with infants, youth and/or adults.

The Executive Director is responsible for the administration and management of the Houchen Community Center. Provides overall supervision of staff, volunteers, and agency placements. Responsible for program development, program management, and ongoing community relations. Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, Social Work or related field with specialization in pre-school and/or organization/management. Ability to communicate with community groups of various socioeconomic and professional backgrounds. Driver's license and/or access to a vehicle required. Bilingual preferred.

Youth Director
First United Methodist Church of Ada is a mainline UMC located in a county seat, small city with a mid-sized state university. We have a large youth program with diverse ministries, seeking to expand. We are blessed with excellent facilities, stable funding, strong support from pastor and staff, and several committed parents and volunteers.

We seek a committed, motivating Servant who is familiar with youth culture and with the United Methodist ethos. This person will (1) love, teach and empower the youth, (2) recruit, equip and train adult leaders and (3) organize and coordinate a growing youth program as part of the wider church mission of making disciples of Jesus Christ.
